Main Duties And Responsibilities - Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as paid media, affiliates, influencers, and partnerships. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the iGaming and sportsbook industry. - Assist in the optimization of marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs. - Track and report on key acquisition metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team. - Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in marketing deliverables. - Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. - Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives across the marketing function without compromising quality or effectiveness. - Work closely with finance and procurement to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships. - Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing events, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and brand messaging. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional attendee experiences. - Streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies across all marketing activity.
