The Brand Coordinator supports the execution of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and product teams to drive growth, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and analyzing brand performance to assess its impact on business results.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Brand Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing Brand strategies to increase Brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase market share for Nosotras Brand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful Brand management in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
1. Execute brand strategies that align with overall business objectives and target audience preferences.
2. Support in execution of brand campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty (including sampling programs).
3. Coordinate ATL/BTL communication activities aligned with Global Brand guidelines.
4. Execute Go-To-Marketing plans for locally generated activities to directly respond to market needs (i.e., customer specific requests, product, packaging).
5. Work closely with the cross-functional team (marketing, trade, and sales) to collect and analyze market data in order to identify opportunities for the Brand.
6. Support in tracking marketing A&P, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve business objectives and maximize brand impact.
7. Oversee the development of brand assets, including visual identity, messaging, and brand guidelines.
Who You Are
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Five plus (5+) years of experience.
3. Creative thinking and innovation mindset.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with multifunctional teams.
