This involves coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials to meet the company's needs while optimizing costs and maintaining high service levels. Main Responsibilities - Be on top of demand planning and suppliers to ensure excellence in supply chain metrics (availability%, shrinkage%, days of inventory). - Make deep dives to understand main reason of out-of-stocks to build action plans to drive availability. - Be the main user of the replenishment model to ensure the correct safety stock for each stock-category-product. - Manage weekly meetings with top suppliers to drive supplier performance metrics (FR%, OTIF%). - Create and follow the end-to-end process to guarantee the fulfillment. Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline. - +3 years in a high-volume, fast-paced grocery chain, distribution or logistics environment - At least 2 years of experience managing supply planning from a retail company. - Advanced Excel - SQL - Advanced English Desired Requirements - Python Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
