You’ll take ownership of business growth initiatives and work closely with the leadership team to shape a strategy that delivers both commercial outcomes and sector-wide improvement. Key Responsibilities and duties - Lead targeted business growth initiatives to attract new clients and expand market awareness of services across health, community and human services - Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to align new opportunities with strategy and operational capacity - Identify, progress and convert new customer and partnership opportunities - Track market trends, competitor activity and sector changes, and translate insights into strategy - Prepare compelling, high-quality proposals and maintain reporting systems - Represent the organisation at events, networks and expos, building strategic relationships across government, community and industry Skills, Qualities and Experience required You’re commercially minded, confident and credible.
