HVG Facades, a part of the HVG group of companies, distribute innovative cladding products throughout Australia that enhance and transform building facades. Our industry leading brands are used widely in the architectural and corporate identity markets with a strong focus on commercial construction and recladding. As the National Corporate Identity (CID) Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and national growth of the HVG Facades CID segment across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on driving high-value, long-term partnerships with major corporate clients (including automotive, retail, quick service restaurants (QSR), petroleum services, and commercial clients) by delivering tailored façade solutions that strictly align with brand identity and regulatory compliance. The position requires a strong blend of strategic business development, market strategy, complex client engagement, inventory management, and operational execution. While the primary focus is on façade solutions, the role also contains a significant cross‑selling component, requiring the manager to leverage the full breadth of products and solutions offered across the broader HVG Group. The role is flexible in location and can be based from either our Derrimut (VIC) or Turrella (NSW) office. Key Responsibilities Strategy, Leadership, and Growth Lead the growth and strategic direction of the Corporate Identity division across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment with broader HVG business objectives and market trends. Develop and execute national partnership programs encompassing tailored product solutions, service level agreements, and end-to-end client support for corporate rollout projects. Conduct strategic sales reviews to analyse market trends, rigorously assess competitor activity, and identify and qualify new business development opportunities within high-value sectors (e.g., automotive, QSR, large-format retail, corporate franchises). Forecast pipeline visibility and refine planning processes to consistently meet and exceed annual revenue and growth targets for the CID division. Strategic Client and Network Development Build and maintain strong, high‑level relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision‑makers, including national brand managers, architects, specifiers, retail designers, national signage companies, and shop fitting companies. Drive specification and secure orders by providing expert, solution-based compliance advice, technical support, and product/industry related presentations to clients and partners. Effectively cross‑sell and introduce other HVG division products to CID clients, leveraging existing relationships to maximise overall HVG Group revenue. Supply Chain Management and Execution Excellence Manage end-to-end inventory for key CID clients, including entering and managing reservations (with support from Customer Service), coordinating closely with product managers, and recommending material orders aligned with demand forecasts and corporate rollout schedules. Ensure operational efficiency and service delivery meet the demanding requirements of national corporate accounts, specifically regarding compliance, quality, and strict timelines. Facilitate internal team communication and progress reporting, ensuring clear and timely updates to the broader Sales and operations teams to enhance service for transactional customers and maximise specification retention. About You Previous Experience Minimum 5+ years’ proven experience in a senior Business Development, Key Account Management, or National Sales role, ideally within construction materials, building products, signage, or corporate fit-out/rollout environments. Demonstrated success managing and growing national corporate accounts with complex, multi-site requirements. Well-established network across the specification, design, signage, and construction industries. Proven experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and inventory coordination for large-scale, scheduled national projects. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related discipline (highly desirable). Relevant industry certifications or technical qualifications relating to building materials or compliance viewed favourably. Formal training in strategic selling, negotiation, or key account management. Current Australian Driver’s Licence with willingness to undertake domestic travel as required. Core Skills Strong strategic and analytical capability, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of securing complex, high-value, long-term agreements. Technical product understanding, with the ability to quickly grasp and advise on compliance and technical specifications for facade and building materials (supported by internal SMEs). High proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite to support forecasting, reporting, and sales management. Behavioural Qualities High level of professionalism and integrity, representing HVG to the highest standard with clients and partners. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for business performance. Natural relationship builder with the ability to develop, maintain, and leverage strong professional networks. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver against demanding national rollout schedules. Comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a broader team environment. Expected Outcomes Deliver significant, measurable profitable growth in national revenue and market share for the CID division. Secure long-term agreements with major national corporate brands to establish predictable and sustainable revenue streams. Maintain exceptional levels of client satisfaction and retention through operational excellence and reliable supply. Optimise supply chain coordination and product availability for national rollouts, minimising delays and stock risks. Successfully cross-sell HVG Group products into CID accounts, maximising total account value.
