Accountabilities - Enable business growth by developing the employer brand in Eastern Europe with a focus on Poland. - Ensure a high-performance culture where employees can excel. - Attract and manage employee relations to place the right people in the right roles. - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across Eastern Europe. - Engage talent through creative sourcing and attraction strategies. - Define and enhance candidate and employee experience in collaboration with hiring managers. - Provide insights and data-driven strategies to improve recruitment outcomes. Requirements - 8+ years of hiring experience in the Polish talent market. - Proven ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent communities. - Strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills. - Self-driven and able to work autonomously while being a team player. - Excellent communication skills, fluent in English. - Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
