El rol principal es ser Business Partner como conocimiento de Compensaciones. Se requiere pensamiento estratégico, entendimiento numérico, analítico con capacidad para construir insights, comunicación sencilla de temas complejos, abordar storytelling de cara a un foro senior, que sepa cuestionar con sentido, conectar claramente con el negocio entendiendo su necesidad para proponer una solución integral, integrar y conciliar para lograr mejores propuestas, saber liderar y gestionar varios proyectos en simultáneo. Debe tener capacidad para lograr resultados empujando a varios stakeholders que no le reportan.

- Asesorar técnicamente a los líderes en estrategias, aplicación de lineamientos y modelos de compensaciones de remuneración fija, remuneración variable e incentivos de largo plazo para la mejora del desempeño organizacional e individual.
- Diseñar soluciones integrales de recompensa total con foco en compensaciones entendiendo la necesidad del negocio para el logro de sus resultados, tomando como input las mejores prácticas del mercado.
- Asegurar que los líderes cuenten con el mejor equipo a través de contar con una propuesta de valor competitiva que le permita la atracción, retención y diferenciación salarial por desempeño en su equipo.
- Mantener constante monitoreo del mercado salarial, para tener información actualizada que sirva de insumo para la toma de decisiones y la mejora continua de beneficios salariales y no salariales.
- Diseñar modelos de remuneración variable en conjunto con los negocios que permita la mejora de productividad y la diferenciación de los colaboradores de alto desempeño.
- Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto y gasto de remuneraciones del Banco (remuneración fija, variable, incentivos y bono).
- Participación en el diseño de estructuras organizativas y valoración que asegure la equidad interna.

Requisitos:

- Bachiller en Ing. Industrial, Administración, Administración de RRHH, Ing. Empresarial, economía, afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 a 8 años como especialista de compensaciones, jefe de compensaciones, Bróker de compensaciones o Business Partner.
- Experiencia manejando metodología de valoración de puestos Hay Group - Korn Ferry.
- Manejo de Excel Intermedio sólido (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas).
