Este Puesto Reporta a ELSE Regional Finance Manager Your Role And Responsibilities As a Global Early Talent Program in Finance participant, you will get hands-on responsibility from the start. The exceptional people you work with, the challenging projects you tackle, and the global scale of our business will give the experience you need to build a world-class career in finance. For this particular position, you will be working within the Electrification Business Area team in Lima, Perú. The program is made up of three assignments in different roles. - One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business. - One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB’s operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network. - One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business, where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For - Active support in the consolidation of reports from the Latam region. Standardization of FCM for all countries. - Conduct balance sheet reviews of the Latam countries to identify items that need to be cleared. - Drive digitalization and reporting improvements by leading Power BI initiatives and optimizing financial dashboards and tools. - Propose improvement solutions to achieve cost reduction and improve project margins. - Support country sales managers in achieving growth and profitability targets. Qualifications For The Role - You are a recent graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields - You may have professional experience in the finance function - You master the English language, other languages are a plus - You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing - You think global and like working in teams - You are curious, resilient and open to new ideas - You like details and accuracy At ABB, we are dedicated to addressing global challenges.
