The Chief Technology Office (CTO) focuses on architecture services such as domain architecture blueprints, technology strategy, and architecture governance required to meet our business aspirations today and for the future. Senior Enterprise Architect As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you’ll be the visionary mind shaping how technology powers experiences for millions of customers. You’ll architect for scale, resilience, and innovation – setting the blueprint for the bank of the future. In this role you will - Lead bold transformation – drive Enterprise Architecture strategies that accelerate business, designing for agility, intelligence, and impact. - Architect the future – define next‑gen technical capabilities, challenge convention, and engineer elegant solutions to complex, enterprise‑scale problems. - Raise the bar – validate solutions against our reference architecture and push the boundaries of what “good” looks like across platforms, systems, and customer journeys. - Influence at every level – partner with senior leaders, product teams, and engineers to shape decisions that will define the next decade of Retail Banking. - Inspire change – lead teams through roadmap design, transition planning, and architecture modernisation that brings cutting‑edge technology to life.
