Virtual Kitchen (VK) Operations Specialist (Marketing)
The Virtual Kitchen (VK) Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and in-app marketing strategies of a delivery-only service or cloud kitchen. This role requires a blend of operational expertise to drive sales, streamline workflows, and optimize online performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
1. Oversee the end-to-end operations of the virtual kitchen, including order management, inventory control, and delivery coordination.
2. Manage the process of brand activation in each location for each country in Latin America.
3. Ensure smooth integration and performance across food delivery platforms like Uber Eats, Rappi, and Pedidos Ya.
4. Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize kitchen workflows.
5. Monitor food quality, packaging, and delivery speed to maintain high customer satisfaction.
6. Implement automation tools and technology to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Manage and align all promotions across multiple delivery partners.
8. Collaborate with marketing specialists regarding in-app delivery marketing campaigns.
9. Work closely with the Corporate Head Chef regarding new product development.
10. Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine marketing efforts and menu offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Strong understanding of the Latin American food delivery market and consumer behavior.
2. Experience working with restaurant management software and online ordering platforms.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage multiple projects.
4. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus.
5. Passion for food and innovation.
6. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
9. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
