Job Description

- The Media Programmatic Supervisor is responsible for campaign management oversight, ensuring the right execution on "hands-in-platform" by managing and/or auditing campaigns activity when needed, and providing guidance to their team members.
- Lead strategically the book of business consisting of multiple clients/agencies.
- Lead & develop a strong performance marketing team and Business Managers.
- Primary/Secondary point of contact for escalations; addressing issues and providing action plans.
- Drive strong client/agency relationship.
- Ensure optimal levels of resource utilization and keep the internal & external stakeholders updated.
- Drive team adherence to all the internal/external tools and processes.
- Sense of ownership; very responsible for team/client management, performance monitoring & reviews.
- Keep up to date with industry news and developments; stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis.
- Participate/lead brainstorming and status calls with agency stakeholders.
- Drive new tests, analyze performance and provide insights on how performance could be improved.
- Manage career paths by coaching and mentoring direct reports.
- Bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company reporting and data needs.
- Select, develop and evaluate personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
- Team management including reviewing utilization data, participating in the hiring and recruiting process, and developing employees for career progression.
- Leads initiatives to design and build reporting tools & information dashboards.
- Work with Strategy & Analytics to help set the strategic vision for the account.
- Monitor the research and analysis of the account’s (industry) markets, competition, and develop presentations on strategic wins, service scope expansion on future market proposition.
- Ensure that requirements are delivered within the established time frame and according to what was requested.
- Ensure healthy coexistence and promote an optimal work environment within the team, this includes one-to-one sessions, team building sessions, etc.
- As main contact, be 100% available to solve administrative, process, HR and other areas doubts.
- Give support and accompaniment when any kind of issue or novelty arises, being the one who guides the next steps and proposes immediate and accurate solutions.
- Follow up on the daily performance of each team member, highlighting areas of opportunity and working on them under action plans to promote professional growth and development of new skills.
- Guarantee the necessary tools and resources to ensure that processes are met and that the operation is maintained under the standards of excellence (Resources such as trainings, files, computer equipment, etc.).
- Maintain a traffic call with the team to keep up to date with the news and workflow of each account, as well as take advantage of these spaces to download relevant internal information that is of interest and involves.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field (Desirable).
- English C1: Advanced - Verbal and Written Communication & Presentation Skills (Excluyent).
- Mastery of one area within discipline.
- Growing command of other discipline/account or project or knowledge areas.
- 2+ years of experience running search media advertising campaigns and 2+ years of experience leading teams.
- DV360.
- Google Analytics.
- Jira (Workflow Management Tools).
- PowerPoint.
- Project Management Skills.
