Customer Support Executive (Thai & English) As a key member of the sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for existing clients, delivering high‑quality support and helping users achieve success on the platform. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless and customer‑centric experience. Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely, professional manner. - Own customer issues from initial report to resolution, coordinating cross‑functionally and keeping customers updated on incident status. - Escalate and resolve technical problems in partnership with product or engineering, and provide detailed feedback to product teams. - Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all support requests in the CRM and ticketing system. - Act as liaison between customers and product teams for feature feedback and usability improvements. - Provide after‑hours and on‑call support as needed through live chat or impromptu live support requests. - Handle customers with a consummately professional attitude. - Perform any additional tasks assigned by the CEO or Management. Requirements & Experience - 1+ years of customer support experience. - Spanish speaking – must. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Understanding of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications. - Preferred: basic troubleshooting knowledge of bugs, web applications, databases, APIs, simple scripts, XML feeds, etc. - Experience with ticketing platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar. - Comfortable with time‑allocation based work arrangements. - Proven leadership in both independent and team environments. - High energy, integrity, self‑motivation, positive attitude, proactive work approach, and confidence. - Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment. - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus; certifications such as ITIL, AWS, etc. are also a plus. Working with Manatal - Based at the Bangkok office in the city centre. - English language proficiency is required. - Team collaborates in person; work is conducted on‑site.
