Responsibilities:

- Strategically direct all corporate and managerial operations of the agency.
- Develop and execute plans for company growth and expansion.
- Supervise staff and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Establish strong relationships with business partners and suppliers.
- Guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in management positions in travel and tourism agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of the tourism market and current trends.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop effective strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in foreign languages (English required, other languages are a plus).
