Requirements - Professional with extensive experience of more than 5 years in SAP ERP and SAP S/4 Hana consulting with specialization in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors - SuccessFactors, desirable with certification. - Preferably have done consulting for industrial, mining and oil & gas companies. - Strong knowledge of Payroll Management processes, Time Management (negative and positive time evaluation, attendance control, absenteeism attendance, absence management), Talent Management and industrial safety. - Advanced English. - Experience in advising HR management and dealing with all levels. Duties - Functional support to payroll, HR, talent and related areas. - Assume leadership and project management of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors and/or enhancement of modules including integration with other SAP modules and other solutions. - Ensure that delivered solutions comply with business scope definitions and standards. - Preparation of process survey documentation and user requirements. - Propose innovative process improvement projects using technology. - Elaborate and support projects for the implementation and evaluation of HR solutions in SAP.
