Add expected salary to your profile for insights - Department for Health and Wellbeing – Public Health – Disaster Management Branch (DMB) - Salary: $121,107 to $125,679 – ASO8 – Full Time / Ongoing appointment - Job ref: 926097 Overview The Manager, Operational Readiness is accountable for leading the operational planning, management and implementation of the SA Health’s Emergency Disaster Management preparedness and response activities. This will include special projects, policy, framework and state level plan development and maintenance to ensure a consistent, integrated and best practice approach across the State. Reporting Line The Manager, Operational Readiness is accountable to the Director for: Focus Area – Operational Readiness - Leading the development and implementation of SA Health’s Disaster Emergency Management and Resilience Program and special projects - Leading the development and implementation of a robust Planning, Preparedness, Response and Recovery (PPRR) framework for SA Health - Leading the development and exchange of relevant information Focus Area – Capability Development - Participating in the development and delivery of training, exercise and development activities - Providing expert and authoritative advice on all elements of emergency management and business continuity to SA Health and other government and non-government clients and stakeholders - Developing and sustaining intra and inter-agency relationships that support collaborative disaster emergency management planning Focus Area – Incident Operations - Participating in emergency response and coordination SA Health is committed to providing an inclusive workplace that embraces diversity and inclusion for all employees.
