Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys in all stages of complex litigation. - Support all phases of discovery (drafting, fact gathering, document analysis, document productions, deposition and witness interview preparation). - Maintain and organize electronic case files for efficient team access. - Manage all aspects of electronic discovery~ document review and productions, loading and coding documents, bates numbering, logging productions, and searching eDiscovery databases. - Support trial preparation~ create trial notebooks, organize exhibits, coordinate witness schedules, maintain trial calendars, and communicate with opposing counsel and courtroom staff. - Coordinate, review, and maintain project status tracking charts, including tasks and deliverables. - Conduct factual research for attorney projects. - Assist with document searches, review, and analysis across various platforms. - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside parties as approved by attorneys. - Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years experience as a plaintiff litigation paralegal, preferably in US companies. - Proficient in legal research and document retention databases for fact and legal research and managing complex evidence and case files. - Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe PDF manipulation. - Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. - Positive, can‑do attitude and flexible approach. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and staff. - Handle complex, confidential, or sensitive tasks with discretion and diplomacy. - Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.
