Lumia Care is a national health and wellbeing organisation supporting communities across Australia. We operate in a complex, regulated environment spanning aged care, disability and clinical services, and are entering a critical phase of enterprise transformation and integration. The Opportunity We are seeking a senior Head of Transformation & Integration to lead Lumia Care’s end-to-end transformation agenda. This executive role is responsible for designing, establishing and leading a best-practice Transformation & Integration Office, driving large-scale operational, digital and cultural change across the organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to translate strategy into execution, embedding policy deployment, governance, accountability and measurable outcomes across all transformation initiatives. This role requires a highly capable, hands‑on leader who can operate strategically while also driving delivery in a complex, multi‑entity healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the Transformation & Integration Office, including governance, frameworks and delivery standards Design and execute an enterprise‑wide transformation and integration programme aligned to Lumia Care’s strategic pillars Develop and embed Policy Deployment to align strategy, initiatives, KPIs and communication Lead post‑acquisition integration across people, systems, processes, clients and culture Drive digital and AI‑enabled transformation to improve efficiency and client experience Streamline operations and embed shared services, scalable processes and performance metrics Lead change management frameworks to support adoption and sustain outcomes Partner with executive, clinical and functional leaders to prioritise initiatives and allocate resources Provide regular, data‑driven reporting to Executive on progress, risks and outcomes About You You are a senior transformation leader with a proven track record delivering complex transformation and integration programs. You bring strong healthcare sector understanding, executive presence and the ability to build structure while driving outcomes.
