Admin Analyst

Job Description

Provides a high level of administrative support to the finance and sales teams.

Essential Functions

1. Produces documents; collects, records, classifies, and files information; handles mail; and prepares routine reports.
2. Performs a variety of miscellaneous administrative functions, including financial tasks such as invoicing and collections from external clients, as well as reviewing sales documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, good receives, etc.
3. Communicates and supports the sales and finance teams through emails or calls, also generating reports if necessary.

Qualifications

1. Associate Degree or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or accounting experience, or experience in billing or collections in a company.
3. Knowledge of the following tools: Excel, SAP, PBI (desirable).
