Responsibilities:
1. Direct projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
2. Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts.
3. Evaluate trade-offs between issue impact and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
4. Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.
5. Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of the project.
6. Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered.
7. Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company.
8. Continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status and periodically publish project status reports.
9. Serve as a subject matter expert to regularly brief key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives.
10. Represent the project in various project governance and inter-departmental forums.
11. Track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
12. Ensure all projects meet success parameters and targets stated in the business case.

1. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
2. Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision.
5. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to navigate in a highly matrixed organization effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations, and proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders.
7. Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
8. Flexibility and responsiveness to input.
Experience:
1. Demonstrated experience in delivering large projects.
2. Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders to identify and address project issues.
3. 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Desired but not required to have experience in managing projects in the Transport or Ticketing space.
Education Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. PMP/PMI certification for Project Managers preferred but not required.
3. English advanced level is a MUST.
