Senior Food and Beverage Manager

The Senior Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring a seamless guest experience while meeting departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise food and beverage outlet operations to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues promptly.
- Represent the needs of the team, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Assist management in achieving financial targets by controlling costs and optimizing revenue streams.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to inform decision-making.
- Prior experience in food and beverage management or supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work situations and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
Hilton offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
