We are seeking a skilled Regional Legal Advisor to join our team at Trafigura, a global leader in commodities trading. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your expertise in legal services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide and procure legal assistance across the entire portfolio of commercial activities, including trading, finance, M&A, corporate, regulatory, and litigation.
- Instruct, manage, and supervise external legal resources to ensure efficient and effective legal support.
- Advise on various agreements, including joint venture agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and related documents.
- Plan, provide, and procure training to regional staff on legal issues as part of established training programs.
- Legal professional qualification with 7-10 years PQE (+/-1 yr).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Good communication skills to report complex legal issues and provide advice in a digestible manner.
