Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring seamless execution of our strategies, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans, marketing initiatives, and budget programs to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and experience, adhering to our corporate standards.
  • Communication: Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including guests, owners, suppliers, and community leaders.
  • Supervision: Manage and supervise hotel personnel, department heads, and other staff members to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, best practices, and systems to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of physical facilities, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Safety and Security: Develop and enforce emergency procedures to safeguard guests and employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork: Foster effective internal communication and meeting structures to promote teamwork, productivity, and collaboration.
  • Community Involvement: Establish strong relationships with local communities, businesses, and governments to enhance our reputation and brand visibility.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations, recognizing individual contributions and promoting a culture of appreciation and respect.
  • Marketing: Develop recognition programs, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to increase market awareness and patronage.
  • Energy Conservation: Review and optimize energy conservation programs to minimize consumption without compromising guest comfort.

Salary: R$ 12,500 - 15,000 per month (depending on experience)
