Your Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive analysis for different clients through media tools like Fusion/Nielsen/AdIntel to manage media investments and understand competitor activities and spending.
- Deal with advertising publishers to collect and send all information regarding advertising materials (TV, radio & press).
- Coordinate with creative agencies for advertising materials.
- Use KUBIK, a customizable online software that manages the flow from quote to invoice in the cloud for pre and post analyses.
- Manage receipts for daily and periodical press entirely online.
Your Qualifications
- A study background in Media/Advertising/Communication.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Italian (MUST).
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Mid to high-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- BASIC knowledge of the KUBIK tool (Nice to have).
