Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Cath Lab nurse specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide high-quality patient care in the cath lab setting, utilizing advanced critical care skills and knowledge of cardiac procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, radiologists, and technicians.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Ohio RN license
• Current BLS certification
• PALS and ACLS certifications preferred
• CCRN and PCCN certifications preferred
• RCIS and RCES certifications preferred
• Critical Care Course completion preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training preferred
