As a Warehouse Operations Specialist at UPS, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouses. Your responsibilities will include loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Loading and unloading packages from trucks and containers.
  • Scanning and sorting packages to ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
  • Stocking shelves with incoming inventory and verifying product quantities.
  • Packing products securely and arranging for pick-up of shipments.
  • Operating heavy machinery to complete tasks, such as palletizing and loading skids onto trailers.
  • Creating shipping labels and maintaining accurate shipping data in the warehouse management system.
  • Safely operating power equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding quickly to inquiries, resolving problems, and communicating service issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous warehouse experience is a plus, and forklift experience is highly desirable.
