About the Regional Finance Development Program
This innovative program is designed to identify and develop high-potential finance talent across LATAM. As a Financial Analyst Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with business partners to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytics and insights that support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Leverage technological advances to streamline processes and drive innovation.
Your Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, industrial engineering, accounting or related field, CFA / MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of work experience in financial areas with strong general finance knowledge and exposure to projects related to innovation in digital or advanced analytics technologies.
- Advanced English language proficiency, with a willingness to learn other languages an asset.
- Regional mobility required during and after the program, with a two-year time period rotation.
- Strong leadership potential, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to foster a culture of business innovation.
