Job Overview

Morganphilips is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our regional operations in Central and South America. This is a unique opportunity to join a world-famous home appliance brand and drive strategic people management initiatives that support business growth and success.

About the Role

  • We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in senior HR roles within international companies, preferably in the appliances and consumer electronics industry.
  • As a Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • You will work closely with business leaders and line management to provide expert guidance on HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market compensation and benefits trends in Central and South America, as well as experience in organizing training activities to support department and company development.
  • This role requires excellent execution, learning ability, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and success in Central and South America.
  2. Work closely with business leaders and line management to provide expert guidance on HR matters.
  3. Analyze market compensation and benefits trends in Central and South America and report to management regularly.
  4. Organize and conduct training activities to support department and company development.
  5. Responsible for the administrative management work of the local company based on business development needs.
  6. Responsible for local talent recruiting.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 8-15 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role within an international company.
  • Extensive experience in Central and South American countries, such as Chile, Peru, Panama, Colombia, and Argentina.
  • Fluency in English – both written and oral communication skills.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
