We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Latin America. This is a full-time, 100% remote position.

The Position

You will work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

  • Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Analyze project data to inform decision-making.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Proficiency with Jira in a work environment.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree required.
  • Extensive background in team leadership.
  • High experience aligning project objectives with overall strategic goals.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Able to identify with client goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments.
  • Understanding of best practices and commitment to following them.
  • Able to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • Able to consistently work 40 hours per week.
