We are seeking an experienced Automation Support Specialist to join our team at Revere Electric Supply Company. As a technical expert in Rockwell Automation products, you will provide top-notch support to our internal resources and customers.
About the Role:- Provide technical support for internal resources and customers on Rockwell Automation products and vendor partner products.
- Be the first line of technical support, working closely with your Product Specialist team.
- Assist customers in understanding product capabilities and resolve application concerns.
- Technical Support:
- Demonstrate core competency in current technology as it relates to supported products.
- Identify and resolve technology issues for customer applications.
- Prepare quotes/BOMs for customer applications.
- Prepare demos for customer engagements.
- Customer Facing:
- SUPPORT sales activity by accurately and swiftly identifying the appropriate steps to take for the resolution of customer issues.
- Discuss product capabilities to customers over the phone, virtually, and via email.
- Promote the value-add of assigned products in competitive situations.
- Four-year engineering/technical degree or technical associate degree with applicable experience.
- Proficient within assigned product groups.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Industrial Automation market.
- Team-oriented individual who strives for customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
