Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate project budget and compliance staff based in Lima, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to organizational standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to improve efficiency and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support succession planning and staff development initiatives.
- Monitor funding trends and manage functional area capacity to deliver high-quality financial services to projects.
- Review financial aspects of agreements to ensure compliance with internal policies and donor guidelines.
- Manage financial workflows, including revision of proposal budgets, project setup in ERP systems, financial reporting to donors, and corrections to the general ledger.
