Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of our high-profile project in Cajamarca, Peru. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to ensure timely completion, within budget and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

  • The Senior Civil Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating with engineering teams to resolve constructability and design issues, ensuring seamless execution of construction activities.
  • This role involves establishing strong working relationships with field engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale industrial projects, implementing ES&H and quality management systems, and providing technical guidance to contractor staff.
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required to maintain a positive work environment among all parties.
  • The Senior Civil Construction Manager will also be responsible for monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and implementing controls over variables affecting job progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in construction of large-scale, industrial, and mining projects.
  • Knowledge and experience in the implementation of ES&H and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive work environment.
