A career opportunity exists for a highly skilled Strategic Contract Management Professional to join our team at Nutrición Fernández. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support to program management working on major infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of procedures and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to participate in high-level negotiations.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Draft detailed project procedures and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Review and assess data from project automated systems to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in client and subcontractor negotiations as a key representative.
  • Track and report on change order status to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare and contribute to various levels of project reporting, including monthly status reports.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bilingual English & Spanish proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
  • University degree in a relevant field such as engineering, law, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in applicable roles on construction/engineering projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience setting up efficient filing systems for easy access by the project team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PM Document control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record in a similar role, with experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience on aviation projects.
  • Risk management expertise.
  • Immediate availability for new challenges.
