Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for video transmission equipment, data, optical, and network communication systems.
  • Install and maintain video transmission equipment (video cameras, audio/video cards, cabling, etc.) according to specified procedures.
  • Install, administer, and troubleshoot computers (laptops), hardware, etc., as requested by management.
  • Monitor information systems, diagnose problems, and resolve them immediately, informing the line manager of work performed and completion times.
  • Respond to internal user calls and troubleshooting, as well as diagnose and resolve software problems.
  • Monitor server connections, diagnose and resolve problems, or organize problem prevention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional technician in Electronics or Computers.
  • 2 years of experience as Technical Support.
  • Intermediate English Skills.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of software related to Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of administrative networks.
  • Availability for onsite work and rotating schedules.
