Deliver exceptional travel experiences as an Itinerary Development Manager at Intrepid Experience. Our company exists to inspire, create, share, and lead the best travel experiences ever – for both people and the planet.
The Itinerary Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing itineraries for private groups and independent travelers. This includes handling sales calls and emails, preparing trip documentation, and providing outstanding customer service in line with our minimum standards.
This role requires close collaboration with various teams, including Contracting, Product, Finance, Operations, and Reservations, to ensure seamless delivery of client-approved products. Additionally, you'll contribute to product development and marketing initiatives, supporting the Sales Manager in achieving this goal.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales and itinerary development within the tourism industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience creating and delivering customized travel programs in South America is required, along with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
