**Service Sales Specialist**:

In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

**This position reports to**:
Local Business Area Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
- Sale of engine repair services and spare parts.
- Generate visits and business opportunities for MOSE, motors.
- Make the monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast.

**Your background**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related careers.
- Knowledge and expertise in Motors and Generators Service
- knowledge of Services in variable speed drives and associated digital services.
- 5 years of experience in the area, similar positions.
- English at intermediate or upper intermediate level.
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
