About Our Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Mace in Lima. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet our client's needs and expectations.

Job Description:

Mace is committed to delivering exceptional results with integrity, always doing the right thing and creating opportunities for our people. This year, we are supporting our client to deliver a significant increase in project volume compared to previous years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget;
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution;
  • Monitor and report project progress to senior management and clients;
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success;

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful project management experience;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software;
