Job Description
We are seeking a talented Enterprise Pega Solutions Architect based in Lima, Peru to join our team. In this role, you will help us ensure that system architectures are functional, robust, and scalable within the context of a client enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- As a Pega Consultant, you will be responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
- You will provide architecture and designs to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
- You will work on cross-functional development/integration projects to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.
- You will develop and demonstrate knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
- You will work with the Program Manager to size, and manage scope and risk.
- You will be accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit).
- You will participate in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base.
Required Experience/Skills:
- You are a hands-on, collaborative individual with experience working with technical architects, business users, and engineers.
- You have 3+ years experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.
- You have experience creating Pega workflows, defining rules, creating classes, developing templates, streams, data pages, activities, and UIs in PRPC.
- You have experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- You have experience in the Software industry.
- You have experience working with enterprise clients.
- You have experience in insurance and finance domains.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
- You have exposure to various technologies, including WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL.
- You have played a key role in delivering system architectures that are functional, robust, and scalable.
- You have partnered with clients ensuring requirements aligned with delivered solution.
- You have provided technical training and user support to technical and business groups.
Education and Pega Certifications:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- You possess the Customer Service Badge.
- You hold the System Architect (PCSA) certification.
- The Senior System Architect (PCSSA) and Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certifications are a plus.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
