Job Description:

A high-level Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect is sought to lead the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The successful candidate will be a champion/SME for both technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology.

The role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform stack and staying relevant with new features. You will design and development of domain-specific implementations, influence usage of out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, giving clients a competitive advantage.

You will also identify skilling opportunities and define training needs within the team, coach other team members, and help in reducing skills gaps. Additionally, you will identify opportunities and work on industry-specific solution offerings that will be market differentiators for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to deliver complex Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership across the Microsoft platform
  • Mentor junior team members and offshore staff
