Come join us **About the role** We are looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Architect to join our CRM team. The role will focus on the successful design, implementation, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You will work collaboratively with different internal teams to provide solutions to technical issues and then test and deliver on those specifications. We work largely with Portal Management, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing. Success in this role requires clear communication and the ability to recommend industry standards and best practices, showcasing your expertise with Dynamics and the Power Platform. **Your Responsibilities**: - Provide support and maintenance for existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This includes tasks such as installing and configuring updates, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting problems. - Plan and implement changes to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. This includes upgrading to new versions, migrating data, and integrating with other systems. - Configure and manage security settings. This includes setting up firewalls, implementing access controls, and encrypting data. - Administer user accounts and permissions. This includes creating and deleting user accounts, assigning roles and permissions, and managing passwords. - Monitor and correspond with Microsoft Dynamics Support in events of outages, issues, and updates. - Work with Sales/CS/Marketing to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will have proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution and if you have used Microsoft Azure that would be a plus.
