HP Sales Channel Growth Expert

This role is a key opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth in our channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels of their organization.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow share of wallet with existing partners.
- Provide training and updates on new HP technologies and solutions to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell our products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex product and process information, providing expert guidance to partners.
- Travel within the country up to 25% of the time, visiting partners to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Create and propose new strategies to increase sales of Personal Systems through our partner network.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and trade marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and support for partner engagement.
- Manage funnel creation, filling, and management for deals with partners, transforming potential leads into joint sales activities.
- Proven expertise in the selling process and effective sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with partners at all levels.
- A proactive, organized approach, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- The ability to build relationships with traditional companies nationwide, leveraging expertise to drive growth.
- Experience leading and managing teams up to 10 people, including executives and promoters.
- Full-time schedule with no shift premium.
