About the Job

This role is a key opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth in our channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels of their organization.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow share of wallet with existing partners.
  • Provide training and updates on new HP technologies and solutions to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell our products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex product and process information, providing expert guidance to partners.
  • Travel within the country up to 25% of the time, visiting partners to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Create and propose new strategies to increase sales of Personal Systems through our partner network.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and trade marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and support for partner engagement.
  • Manage funnel creation, filling, and management for deals with partners, transforming potential leads into joint sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in the selling process and effective sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with partners at all levels.
  • A proactive, organized approach, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • The ability to build relationships with traditional companies nationwide, leveraging expertise to drive growth.
  • Experience leading and managing teams up to 10 people, including executives and promoters.
