About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mine Optimization Advisor to join our team in Peru. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving new business growth for Micromine Advance in the Americas region.

You will leverage your extensive underground scheduling and planning experience to identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with our clients, and deliver tailored solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, demonstrating solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Coordinate key stakeholders in management, operations, product management and development divisions to deliver proposals within required deadlines.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, product launches as and when required.

We are looking for someone with a proven background in mining engineering and specialized experience in under ground mine planning and scheduling.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with mining software (mine planning software preferred).
  • 5-10+ years on site mine engineering experience.
  • Long term planning experience.
  • Experience with sales/business development, including driving new business would be desirable.
  • Experience with giving presentations or public speaking.
  • Possess a Mining Engineering or related post-secondary degree.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
