**Job Responsibilities**

We're seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join our Management team. As a PMO Lead at Mace, you'll oversee the implementation of processes and ensure that information reaches sponsors and vice versa. You'll also improve consistency and efficiency of project delivery capacity.

The ideal candidate must lead practices with a focus on customer satisfaction and expectations. They must also ensure operations are managed, supervising the interface of projects in collaboration with Project Managers, equipment, technologies, and interfaces.

**Key Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Extensive knowledge in program management, projects, portfolios, and methodology for systems development.
  • Ability to lead a geographically distributed team.
  • Develop and deploy initiatives by influence.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree.
