We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior DevOps Automation Specialist to join our cross-functional team at WTW.
As a key member of our Infrastructure Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in bridging the divide between Software and Infrastructure teams, fostering a DevOps culture that drives security, reliability, and automation.
In this exciting opportunity, you will work with complex, multi-tenant, hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure spanning both Windows and Linux OS. Your expertise in metrics and automation will be instrumental in engendering a mindset of continuous improvement within the team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about learning and driving business outcomes through technology. If you have a strong background in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering principles, and can effectively communicate technical ideas, we want to hear from you.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000-$180,000 based on industry standards and location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with software engineers to bridge the gap between development and operations teams.
- Maintain and improve existing automation tools and scripts to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of automation on business outcomes.
