Job OverviewThe Head of Lima office will be responsible for managing our local hub, overseeing people management, vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Lima office's daily activities, including Legal and Compliance, People, Payroll, invoicing, cost management, equipment, and more.
- Oversight of people management, including Recruitment, promotion, retention, happiness, engagement, disciplinary actions, and more.
- Vendor management, encompassing Payroll provider, Banks, Legal, Accounting, IT, and Wifi providers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Economics, Management, or Finance.
- Experience from a similar role leading a small company from a financial, legal, IT, payroll, and people management perspective.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to build relationships, and get things done attitude.
- Basic technical skills, especially hardware, and a driving license.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
