We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team at INDI Staffing Services.
As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing guidance on HR issues, analyzing trends and metrics related to employee rotation, and developing solutions to increase retention.
You will also stay updated on legal requirements related to employee management, prioritize the reduction of legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
In addition, you will provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies, solve complex problems related to employees, and assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.
About the Role:- Hold regular meetings with business units and management to provide guidance on HR issues.
- Analyze trends and metrics related to employee rotation to develop solutions and programs to increase retention.
- Stay updated on legal requirements related to employee management to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
