We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Project Coordinator to join our team at e2f Inc.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in project management, AI, and technical coordination.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.

About the Job:

  • Coordinate and support AI pilot projects by planning, executing, and managing project timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery team to interpret and translate guidelines into actionable tasks.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and schedules.
  • Support project handoffs and transitions, ensuring all teams are aligned on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage entire project within defined timelines.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and blockers to stakeholders effectively, ensuring transparency and quick resolution of challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination:
  • Plan and execute AI pilot projects by breaking down guidelines and identifying critical requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret AI project guidelines, identifying any ambiguities and ensuring clear understanding across teams.
  • Draft and review technical documentation, standardizing project guidelines for consistent application.
Technical Support:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot project challenges and ensure solutions align with project objectives.
  • Assist in testing project components to ensure quality and functionality align with project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally with a focus on AI or technical projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and technical documentation.
  • Coding experience for UI design.

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with technical project environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills for dissecting guidelines and identifying essential project components.
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with an aptitude for learning new technical tools.
