The Position:

We are seeking experienced Android Developers to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

  • Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team, working alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • +4 years of professional software development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in working with Android mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development life cycles.
  • Solid knowledge of Java and Kotlin for Android development.
  • Experience with bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Knowledge of Dart for Flutter development.
  • Proficiency in managing relational databases, such as SQL Server.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A four-year college degree.
  • The ability to take ownership of your work, ensuring daily performance meets expectations.
  • The ability to identify with our clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments.
  • The ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
