Product Marketing Strategist

As a Brand Manager at Essity AB, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies for our organization's brands, products, or services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these brands meet established sales targets, market share objectives, and customer satisfaction goals.
Your role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align product positioning, marketing activities, and customer engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive market research by collecting, compiling, verifying, and analyzing data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. This insight will help identify emerging opportunities for the brand/product/service to capitalize on.
- Gathering and analyzing data on product performance, sales, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. You will use this information to adapt brand/product/service features to better align with customer needs and expectations.
- Maintaining detailed records of sales volume, revenue, advertising expenditures, and analyzing these metrics against forecasts to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement in the brand's performance.
- Developing a deep understanding of the organization's brands, products, services, and customer base by collaborating closely with senior brand and product managers, and utilizing their insights and experiences.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of marketing activities such as product launches, ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) communication campaigns, and other promotional initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales.
