About This Opportunity

This role will support technical activities related to the USAID/Peru MELS activity through a GESI lens.

The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring and evaluation, particularly applying a gender equity and social inclusion perspective.

They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with USAID, local professionals, international donors, host country government counterparts, and implementing partners.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in assessment design, data collection, and analysis focusing on gender equality and social inclusion.
  • Conduct presentations on key findings and recommendations to USAID and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to report writing and revisions, particularly on sections related to gender equality and social inclusion.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in international development, gender equity, community counseling, or a related field.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, particularly with a focus on gender equity and social inclusion.
  • Prior experience supporting USAID Missions or Implementing Partners in a similar capacity.
What We Offer

This full-time position offers an estimated salary of $73,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Based in Lima, Peru, this role requires candidates to have strong knowledge of the local context and language skills in Spanish and English.
