This role supports day-to-day sales activities by providing expert advice and assistance to customers and internal teams.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving product and service-related issues via phone, email or online chat.
  • Evaluating and refining credit structures for retail customers.
  • Providing administrative support for contracts and resolving related issues.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and introducing our products and services.

Essential qualifications:

  • Understanding of key credit analysis principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Industrial engineering, or equivalent experience in the Financial Industry
  • English language skills at an intermediate level
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
